This is the first step in healing your relationship to money before moving onto generational patterns, deciphering our innate desires, and learning to move towards our dream life with self-compassion and ease.
Rooted in Ease is a a series of 8 self-paced workshops created by a licensed therapist (Linda Lin 林诗云), and hosted with Leah's Fieldnotes (魏若然). Each workshop blends creativity with psychology, to release generational wounds, dream radically, and decolonise mindsets around money.
Together, we’ll explore where your beliefs come from, release what’s holding you back, and create new patterns for rest, joy, and work!
